The current DAOC-installer crashes on selecting a folder and edit the folder.

The bug looks similar to that reported with the Mass Effect installer, bug
18019.  Same method of reproducing it, changing the default directory, and both
have a NULL pointer violation with nsisdirselect as the bottom stack frame.

The last fixmes (GetProfilesDirectoryA) appear unrelated to the crash.  I
implemented the function enough to be believable, and the crash persists.
