[Bug 5877] Photoshop 7 crashes when Font tool is used with an OpenType PS font (*.otf )

Other field we have wrong are ntmFlags - we are missing NTM_PS_OPENTYPE and
NTM_TYPE1. If I set them the font is again on the fonts list even with type set
to 2. However the crash is still there.
