Created an attachment (id=15976) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=15976) screenshot in git
Seems to be the most common complaint in the AppDB. Tried it today, seems to indent like it's putting bullets/numbers, but they don't show up. Screenshot attached. Terminal only outputs: fixme:imm:NotifyIME IMC_SETCANDIDATEPOS fixme:imm:NotifyIME IMC_SETCANDIDATEPOS
I'll get a +imm log...

--- Comment #4 from Devin two.way.mirror@gmail.com 2008-10-20 19:43:10 --- Just thought it was worth noting that if you save the file and open on another machine or open office the autoformating numbering and bullets show up just fine...

Show up fine in Wine, or in Windows/Open office?

in windows/open office. I thought at first it was because i was missing some fonts but I updated all of them and still no luck

--- Comment #8 from Mike Rogers mrogers272@gmail.com 2008-12-03 20:14:05 --- I just want to add that when adding footnotes, the numbers don't appear when running in Wine, but will appear when opening the file in Windows/Open Office.

--- Comment #12 from Rosanne DiMesio dimesio@earthlink.net 2008-12-30 11:00:03 --- This is not a duplicate of bug 14964, but it does appear to have been fixed (at least for the English version of Office 2007 Enterprise) in 1.1.11.
I have symbol.ttf installed systemwide, and still experienced this bug prior to 1.1.11. The workaround was to go into Word Options, Language Settings and remove all languages other than English.
As of 1.1.11, the installer no longer installs all those extra languages, and bullets/numbering works out of the box. However, I do not know if this problem is fixed for non-English versions, or for people who intentionally install more than one language.
