[Bug 11972] New: not able to chat in the chat rooms

The chat/messenger client Rediffbol is getting correctly installed via wine but
when in a private message or in a chat room , the messages  of other users and
myself cannot be seen. The user list can be seen.
While the message typed from here on linux can be seen by the ones on windows.
To make the long story short, it is not possible to  "chat" in the chat rooms
or in the private messaging windows.

Installer exits silently for me in git. Please retest in 1.1.10.

Rediff BOL standard error traces

I'm confirming the failure to display IM messages in the Rediff BOL application
with wine-1.1.34-469-g33a1934. Using winetricks to install ie6 allows the IM
messages to be properly displayed.

The software version 8 is no longer available for download. Version 7 is and
still works.

Unfortunately there are no chat rooms available and I don't know anyone to add
to the user list. My id is wine_test. If anyone can add me and send me a
message we can update the status of this bug.

Old version no longer available, not possible to test new version. Resolving
abandoned. If anyone is still able to reproduce feel free to reopen.
