When trying to open a task with allocation problems in the Task Inspector a
dialog pops up stating that an error occured when loading the web pane.

Yes, it does!

I started with a fresh install of Project 2010 in a 32-bit prefix, wine 1.7.52.
Without winetricks ie8 the task inspector does not appear, and after installing
it it appears.
