Summary:
Mouselook only goes 180 degrees, have to unclick & reclick to continue spinning

Steps to repro:
1. Install Everquest Titanium via Wine 1.5.1
2. Load game
3. Hold right mouse button to look around, spin in full circle

Expected:
I should be able to spin my mouse 360 repeatedly

Actual:
I can only spin on a 180 arc, on each side once the camera has moved 180, the
camera stops moving further in that direction

Regression:
Occurs on 10.7.3 , Wineskin 2.5.4/Wine 1.5.1
Does not occur: Non-emulated install of EQ.

Notes:
I attempted to apply mwo=disable and mwo=force and neither helped the issue.

If you toggle mouselook where you can see the cursor what happens is the mouse
cursor reaches the 'edge' of the screen and stops the camera from continuing
its turn. its bound by the dimensions of the window, instead of letting me
continually move to the right (since its at the 'edge' )

In addition, if you cap your max FPS, the lower you set it, the further you can
mouse look.. so if you set it to 60 fps you get half the screen (180) if you
set it to 30 FPS you get 3/4th, and if you set it to 15 FPS you can rotate 720
degrees before being stopped.
