when i click on ?/help F1
 a window opens with buttons: previous, next, print but an empty index and 
nothing displayed in the right window.

Gecko engine has been installed at the first use of the help

when i close the help window
i have or not an error message window:
 unable to html help or the topic you requested does not exist
