Webdicty is a little online dictionary very useful to me.
After searching a word, it says to me:

Run time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object.

The program is freeware and is downloadable here:

The program running under windows shows no problem at all.

The installer concluded without any problem.

The key output is:

could be created for context 0x5

This looks like the "VBScript Regular Expression" class from vbscript.dll.
Installing wsh57 from winetricks is sufficient to allow the dictionary lookup
to work.
