Total Overdose (PC-Game, 2005) crashes as soon as it is started. Not much to say, better have a look at the log (attachment)

Can you reproduce the problem in the demo, too?
By any chance, are you using an 'unofficial' exe to start the game? As far as I know the retail version is Securom 7.00.xx protected (disk check).
I have the game from a digital distribution store, it contains no DRM and the game starts properly with both 1.2.3 and the current 1.3.22. Actually, I can reproduce the exact same crash what the OP reported: only when using one of those 'unofficial' exes.

Total Overdose v1.00, English, DRM free starts fine here.
