back trace of setup132.exe failure

When installing a 32-bit Windows-based application on Linux Zorin 9.1 Core,
64-bit PC, set up nearly completes.  Then, an untrapped error message relating
to a function of the application and two DLL files pops up.  Then, a
setup132.exe failure error message appears and installation cannot be
completed.

Application ordered from www.halloran.com.  Installed this on my PC running
Windows Vista over two years ago without incident.

Did you install mfc42 yourself or application brought it?

MFC42 was already in my system's wow64 folder.  (Zorin 9.1 Core with Wine
1.6.2)
I just installed Zorin on a new hdd.  This is my first attempt to install an
app.

Which should never happen with a clean WINEPREFIX (Wine doesn't implement this
garbage -> bug 657).

Reusing/sharing existing prefixes automatically invalidates bug reports.

If the app installs MFC on its own in a clean WINEPREFIX and you get that error
it's another entry in the hall of shame:
