Hi,

I run SQLEXPR.exe, extract files, agree with the terms, and try to install it
but it fails with error 1627 : ERROR_FUNCTION_FAILED.

I don't think it's a duplicate of this bug (not the same errors and not the
same version of Wine). I added the log.

Terminal output

The installation seems to make it farther than previously. However it fails
with the error message "Failed to load SQLSpars.dll" (wine 1.3.9)

I did not get an "error 1627", though the software still does not install. It
looks like this bug has been fixed and this can be closed.

Bug 12501 can be used for further issues with the install.
