To reproduce, open Steam, click Tools on the View menu, install the Source SDK, launch the Source SDK, launch the Model Viewer. It appears for a moment but then crashes.

--- Comment #6 from Gethyn ThomasQuail xylem2020@gmail.com --- I couldn't get the Model Viewer for CS:GO to launch, so as advised from Bug 14659, I installed the comctl32 library through Winetricks and it seems to launch and work fine now! Hope this helps anyone else not able to use Source's Model Viewer.

Tested: hlmv.exe v2.0 Build Oct 2015.

Starts fine, loads a model, shows the animations etc, wireframe np.
