Version tested: iTunes 12.2.2.2 x64
iTunes64Setup.exe SHA256:
fe8c80c742dbdfa8ca9967cc9e6b0cb9ea20ba07ef3a4a13f57e8cf79e4a7b18

The installation program requires Windows 10. I set that in the Wine configs,
installed it and started the application. It just crashes. The installation was
fine.

I found a link for the installer that matches your SHA256, but it mentions that
the version is 12.12.2.2 not 12.2.2.2, so assuming that is the correct version.

With wine-7.4 the app started just fine for me. The rendering is all messed up
and black, but that seems to be a different issue.

Your log does seem to have a lot of font related things in it. Specifically
'WARN("Recursive extension lookup.\n");' and the fact it seems to crash inside
opentype_ stuff is interesting.

The difference might stem from the fact I don't have many fonts installed.

Yes, my fault. I used the version 12.12.2.2 and not 12.2.2.2. I tested it again
with "winetricks allfonts" on Wine 7.4 and it doesn't crash any more. I bet
that corefonts (winetricks) is enough to prevent the crash at start.

Even with "allfonts" from winetricks the application works but the rendering is
still "messed up and black, but that seems to be a different issue."
