SYNCED installer terminal output on Wine 9.1

Hello,

The stand-alone mini-downloader from [1] doesn't start downloading.

It stays stuck on 0% at the download initialization step.

Delta Force Hawk Ops installer terminal output; wine 9.13

Both games are from the same publisher.
Delta Force Hawk Ops is currently in closed test so: no free download
available.
