--- Comment #2 from Rico kgbricola@web.de 2012-09-09 14:22:27 CDT --- Could you be a bit more specific? Which version do you use? Does the demo have the same problem?
Is it a d3d9 or d3d8 game? A log with the corresponding debug channel may probably help.

Sorry, I'm using full russian version 1.0 publishing by Akella. No one patch from publisher. About DX8 or DX9, dvd disk have DirectX folder with *.cab archives named as d3dx9_*, so game might be using DX9, but I'm not sure. I will be add the backtrack soon.

--- Comment #5 from GyB gyebro69@gmail.com 2012-09-10 08:31:34 CDT --- The backtrace is useless without debugging symbols. Please install debug packages for Wine (or compile Wine from source).
Why do you have native dsound/dinput8 installed? Fahrenheit (tested with the demo and the gog.com version) starts fine here, using only built-in dlls. I must add that I don't have Pulseaudio running (only Alsa).

Ok, will try with debug packages. I'm using native dsound/dinput8 because it's worked from the outset. And my Realtek ALC272 is working from the outset, so what's wrong? ) I don't want to delete Pulse and install Alsa.
