I downloaded Hearthstone (https://www.blizzard.com/en-us/download/confirmation?product=hs&optly=va...)

, and executed the file with 'wine Hearthstone-Setup.exe'.

After Hearthstone opened a Window and asked for an Language(I selected English(US)) it trows an Error:

Something went wrong while trying to create a directory ("C:/ProgramData/Battle.net/Agent"). Please ensure you have permission to create the directory and try again.

Ive set up wine multible times(deleted .wine directory).

Works fine for me. Can you try wine-5.15, and add a log?

Ive added the output of 'wine Hearthstone-Setup.exe'(Log) and 'wine --version'(wine --version)

I have already asked the system administrator to update wine.

--- Comment #8 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- Seems like you didn't properly close the setup. wineserver -k helps with that. After that, you should delete .wine and try again.

Can you create the folder yourself? Or don't you have permission for that?

What filesystem is your .wine folder on, is it ext4/zfs/... ? Could you attach a log with WINEDEBUG=+timestamp,+tid,+file ?

Also, for the log you need that WINEDEBUG part *before* wine, or it won't work. Oh, and it turns into a pretty big log file, FYI.

I tried to do that with 'WINEDEBUG=+timestamp,+tid,+file wine ~/Downloads/flashplayer32pp_a_install.exe |& tee log.txt'

log.txt : https://www.file-upload.net/download-14258293/log.txt.html

which opens an blank window named 'Adobe Download Manager'
