Installation seems fine but on startup the application fails with:

"Exception EExternalException in Modul ntdll.dll bei 0002c478. Externe
Exception C0000025."

"Actio multimedial" is a (german) educational software by Ernst Klett Verlag
GmbH.
ISBN 978-3-12-623140-4 
The backside of the cover of the CD has a Logo "MADE WITH macromedia".

Backtrace:
=>0 0x7bc3c478 raise_status+0x38() in ntdll (0x0032f5f8)

(console output attached)

There was a similar report in this newsgroup last November:

but it didn't seem to have resulted in a bug report here.

installing mdac helps:) At least a little...

The application now (after some error windows attaching) gets to presenting a
nice background window but fails with a similar error (=>0 0x7bc3c3c8
raise_status+0x38() in ntdll (0x0032f4a8))

I'm attaching some files (and try to translate the german messages) :

wine_with_mdac28.out - console output of wine with mdac28
am_000.jpg - No suitable data base can be found. Program will not be started.
am_001.jpg - Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
am_002.jpg - File Z:\home\fe\images\regal_hot_1.png cannot be opened. Path not
found.
am_003.jpg - Exception EExternalException in module ntdll.dll at 0002C3C8.
External Exception C0000025
am_004.jpg - In program multimedial.exe there were severe errors and it must be
terminated. [...]

Console output is one of multiple runs. 
The jpg files are from different runs of the application because both ksnapshot
and the application started under wine draw to the center of the screen (and
thus ksnapshot's save dialog was not accessible)

This is complaining about two missing classes:
err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {6c736db1-bd94-11d0-8a23-00aa00b58e10} not
registered

and:
err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000} not
registered

The first is apparently part of Visual Studio .NET, and I can't imagine the
game depends on having that installed, so I think it may be ignored.

The second is part of flash.  Try installing it with 'sh winetricks flash' and
trying again.

No (and sorry for the longer delay). But it's definitely getting better!
If the mouse is moved over the background previously hidden buttons showed up.
I'm currently not at the location of the PC (so I'm recalling from memory) -
I'll give more detailled feedback likely on sunday.

A little more detail now.

The previously hidden buttons can be activated but fail early in one of two
failure modes. One telling "Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 0044b173 in Modul
'Actio multimedial.exe' Lesen von Adresse 0000057", and the other one complains
about a swf file not being found "Die gewünschte Flash Datei
\hilfe\impressum.swf wurde nicht gefunden".

The console output is:
