The program StarFisher.exe has encounteed a serious problem and needs to
close...

While entering a New Event and accessing the Atlas Location database, the
Program Error occured.

Terminal output? Does it recent wine, e.g., 1.3.14?

StarFish atlas dialog crash

This looks like a comctl32 issue, as the native version successfully works
around the crash.

Still crashes for me following the steps from comment 0:
- Press OK in the initial screen to create a horoscope from the current date;
- Click Event Menu -> New Event;
- Click on the Atlas button;
- Type 'BR' and press enter key;
