Suggested by Marcus Meissner: Investigate if we could make a WINE based GIMP
plugin which can handle Photoshop plugins.

Works on Windows and more recently Linux using some kind of Wine based
technologies.

It seems the project has already been completed and the project could be taken
down from the Wine Website.

[Incidentally what I was really looking for was a place to download windows
binaries for things like WineMine and other Wine Apps to see if maybe I could
mess around with/test them and find something useful to do even at times while I
am stuck using windows.  Sure there are many alternatives for these applicatiosn
but they are also used by ReactOS so I think I might find something of interest.
 I have a strange feeling like I've done this before but I cannot find what I'm
looking for at all.]
