When I run a sns software(http://w.x.baidu.com/alading/anquan_soft_down_normal/12035), I encountered network problem that the software could not connect to internet. Some logs were list as below: fixme:wininet:HTTPREQ_ReadFileEx these dwFlags aren't implemented: 0x4.
