It seems that "win.ini" is auto generated every time I run wine program. In
win.ini CUPS printer seems to be named by its description in CUPS. When this
description contains spaces a problem printing does not work.

What are you printing from? Do you mean builtin programs like notepad or
wordpad can't print too or only some application you're using? If it only
happens for this application please state its name, version, and download url
if it's legally available for download.

I tried printing from MS Word 2007 and PDF Xchange Viewer. Deleting printer and
re-adding it with description not having spaces solved the problem, i.e.
printing from both now works.

I see, could you try to do the same from notepad? If any of builtin programs
could be used to reproduce that would be ideal.

I am unable to recreate the problem. Now printing works regardless of the form
of the CUPS printer description.

If you are not able to reproduce any of the issues please close this bug as
invalid.
