I'm not able to run this program in latest git. When I run it a win 3.1 open
file dialog opens and no matter what I do after clicking Open the program
closes.

The sample file I tried to open was:
ftp://ftp.bam.de/Powder_Cell/structure_files/100384.TXT

Console output:

Can anyone else retest, please?
