console output with +d3dx

With a native d3dx9.36 demo of the children of the nile works very fine. But
with built-in d3dx9, it hangs.

This probably indicates a TGA file.

Indeed, the demo uses .tga files.

Good, after the tga work, the demo does not hang anymore. It crashes now :D :D
But that means that bug is really fixed.
