CS:GO fails to launch if the file voice_ban.dt is created. (Black screen,
nothing happens)

This file gets created when blocking a player in-game.

Removing the file manually fixes this issue.

Can't reproduce here - blocked several people & have the voice_ban.dt file, yet
the game starts and works perfectly fine.
on latests git (wine-1.7.0-223-g8f09d34)

This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for over a
