No. The URL is 
http://download.slingmedia.com/player/pc/SlingPlayer_PC_Setup_1.5-US.exe .

I believe that the one you sent is the U.K. version. Not the U.S. The UK version 
will not work because the SlingBox hardware is for NTSC. Not PAL.
