I am using Linux Mint 19 with Wine 3.11
Formerly I used Linux Mint 18.x with unknown version of wine, where Jottacloud worked properly. I can install it, but then not open it. Other Wine Program is running properly (Photoscape).

Did you use wine-staging? I downloaded it from https://www.jottacloud.com/download?lang=en
Got the same crashbacktrace as in the attachment, this is before crash :

So this looks really like duplicate.
@reporter of bug:
- Is the program from downloadlink the program you tested? - Could you provide full consolelog before crash?
Please provide more info otherwise i guess this bugreport will be resolved as duplicate.
