KDE's new installer (0.9.60) has all text blank under wine. Under the old
version (0.9.50) displays fine.

I think it might be related to QT4's way of drawing text. There's another
Polish application (Nowe Gadu-Gadu), that doesn't draw any text at all (except
for Polish characters).

It might need a specific font installed on the system. If you set font DPI to
minimum 167, the text appears correctly:

The same thing happens with Nowe Gadu-Gadu (a Polish IM application) - minimum
of 167 text DPI and the text appears correctly. Nowe Gadu-Gadu is a QT4
application, just like KDE.

Yes, I think the bug you mentioned is a duplicate of this bug. The text problem
affects all QT applications on Windows. QT4 is Open Source, so the bug should
be easy to track.
