Warhammer 40K Dark Crusade

program starts fine crashed when starting campaign screen

I have played single player maps, used the multi player interface and completed
the tutorial with zero issues.

Every time I attempt to start a campaign it crashes the game when it tries to
load the campaign splash screen.

I'm attaching the error report logs and the details from the crash. Does anyone
know what might fix the problem for me?

Hi Mark,

I had the same problem as long as i used the offical fglrx driver from ATI. Now
i use the free radeon driver from x.org. With this driver the campaign menu is
fine and i can start playing. I also have to say, that i have serious graphical
problems ingame and that this free driver does only support older graphics
cards. So probably there is no solution for this bug for ATI users at the
moment, but you can try to upgrade your driver or try another of these two
drivers.

As far as i know this problem does not exist for nvidia users, so it should not
be a wine bug.
