Update to "Add Test Data" page remove reference to csv, or update reference to
git?

Sounds ok to me, just clarifying --

I think we should remove any text which is unnecessary as we only want to
display things that the user should read otherwise they end up ignoring
everything.  So on that basis I think that this is a good candidate for
removal.
