See the labels on top and bottom

Vertical labels of quad-chip package are not aligned to pins, works OK on
Win32. Can provide partial sources for the MFC class displaying this window
(directly to some Wine developer with no public disclosure).

Fixed!!!

unfortunately there is another problem with refresh (the window has to be
repainted periodically, which works smoothly under Windows, but not under wine
- black background is visible during refresh).
