Using "wine cmd" or "wine wineconsole cmd" in a language using non ASCII
characters, using "HELP" correctly displays accentuated characters.

"TYPE" and "MORE" integrated commands do not.

Works: HELP
Doesn't: HELP | MORE
         HELP > help.txt followed by MORE help.txt

(similar for TYPE)

Possibly being ignorant, but can you give instructions on reproducing this
please - Can I do something with one of the LANG type env vars to highlight the
problem?

Basically installing the language support/locales for, e.g., French then use
something like

LC_ALL=fr_XX.UTF-8 wine cmd

But it looks fixed anyway, so I'll mark it as resolved
