Found this while looking at bug 11735. The ClockX installer pops up a dialog
prompting for the language. After clicking past this dialog, the install goes
full screen, but I cannot see the main window. This is on KDE 3.5.2.

With "emulate a virtual desktop" enabled, it works fine. This may very well be
a duplicate of one of the other z-order bug reports, but I'm not sure.

Still a problem in wine 0.9.60, I think this occurs with metacity as well.

Works fine on KDE 4. With KDE 3.5, The taskbar pops up in front of the blue
screen, with the app flashing in the taskbar. A bit annoying, but I guess it's
enough to get the user through the install. Probably should file a bug with KDE
for this.
