I tried with a clean .wine, with today's winetricks dotnet11, 
both with and without allfonts.
In all cases, the app failed to start up.
I'm using
6b9bc1db7994f2664c1f1935df95f0b502277cb4 rufzxp_fw1_1_setup_1_1_1.exe
Is that the same for you?
