Korean translations for winecfg with wine-stable version (3.0.3) seems fine, but broken after wine-devel version (3.18.0). For example, "응용풀그림" must be "응용프로그램". I cleaned '.wine' directory, but results are same.

I have never seen such words before. The sentence became more difficult to understand.

That word used to be between late 90's and early 2000's. But not anymore.
IMO, it would be ok dropping '응용'. Just '프로그램'
