For some reason you need to use the ALSA driver with C&C3:TW, rather than the
OSS one.

Although that msvcr80.dll workaround exists for this C&C3:TW, I don't think it
should be considered fixed, as in native Windows, msvcr80.dll goes in system32,
not the game directory.
