When you install IE 8 (either using winetricks, or by creating a bunch of dll
overrides and running the installer), run it, and right click anywhere on a web
page, IE crashes.

Here's the full trace, up to the point before the crash. I've trimmed some of
the messages that are unrelated (about localization and common controls, for

IE8 right mouse button screenshot

tested with wine 10.0

In first test wine was configured to Windows XP with command:
winecfg /v winxp64

IE8 was started with command:
wine iexplore.exe example.com

Result:
Right click opened popup window seen on attached screenshot.

In second test wine was configured to Windows 7 with command:
winecfg /v win7

IE8 was started with command:
wine iexplore.exe example.com

Result:
Page seems to load but pressing right mouse button does nothing.

IE8 was installed with winetricks.
