wine ./steam.exe 2>debug.log

The mentioned game ordered and downloaded with Steam with wine (!) does not
start due to a missing function
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateVolumeTextureFromFileInMemory.

Attached is the default logfile generated with:

wine ./steam.exe 2>debug.log

I use latest GIT version.

These bugs should be merged or at least this bug marked as duplicate, if it is
really duplicate of bug #25035
