used DE: kde plasma

The program launches , its icon shows in tray, however when pressing the
capture shortcut nothing happens

What makes me believe that it may be a failure in grabbing input is that the
program doesn't respond to pressing other shortcuts (such as switch ocr
language,... etc) ,though it responds to mouse when right clicking the tray
icon

Tested on both Wine6.0Rc2 & Rc6

Still occurs with wine 6.3 , however i found a workaround

if i keep the context menu (the one that appears after right-clicking the tray
icon) open then press the shortcut while keeping the cursor somewhere inside
the context menu , the capturebox appears 
if the cursor is outside the cursor , the capturebox responds however it is
invisible , appears after hovering over the open context menu

However the capturebox keeps jumping around as i move the cursor, i'll file a
separate bug report for the jumping capture box
