Error message

Installer appears to work fine but when attempting to load RebelBetting in
wine-1.5.6-75-g034de95 it immediately fails with the attached error message.

Not sure if this is a dotnet/mono error or not but this is definitely a dotnet
application.

The installer itself claims the necessary components are already installed.

Tried "winetricks dotnet2" but that seemed to error out, and Wine just told me
to install Mono anyway.

No idea how to work around this.

Huh, apparently Mono's implementation of that class relies on
MonoPosixHelper.dll, which isn't built by default when cross-compiling Mono.

I'm not sure yet how to solve this properly.

Now the program just hangs on startup for some reason.
