InstallShield Wizard window during uninstall of Caesar IV

Launching "Wine/Programms/.../Uninstall Caesar IV" leads to start an
Installshield Wizard Window that demand to improve the license terms.

But unlike it happens during installation of Caesar IV, the license terms
doesn't appears and it is impossible to select "I agree with the licence
terms".

So it is impossible to uninstall Caesar IV !

Software configuration : 
Distro : Ubuntu Karmic 9.10
Kernel : 2.6.31-14
Wine version : 1.1.31

Is this still an issue in current (1.3.29 or newer) wine?

Thanks for the reminder...
This problem is obsolete. Caesar 4 is now installing on my computer, but not
running. 
We can close this bug report and open another

Yes, I think:
no trace of the software in Program Files
just Microsoft.NET/ and DirectX/ have not been uninstalled.
no trace of Caesar IV in the "Wine Add/Remove" progamm menu. Just MySQL which
can be removed easily using this tool
