Not major (see bug reporting guidelines).

According to the log you are using Wine 1.7.37, not 0.9. Nevertheless, its
still outdated a bit, so please try if using a more current version like 1.8
works.

Yes, I did try fresh everything. However, my client states that 1.7.37 is the
latest version. Not sure what's up with that.

Winebottler is a third party app, and not supported here.

You need to retest in a clean wineprefix using plain Wine 1.8, and make sure
you have the latest version of winetricks from
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Winetricks/winetricks/master/src/winetrick....

Winetricks dotne45 installs without any problem for me in 1.8. This bug is most
likely invalid (hacked/old Wine version, unclean wineprefix, probably outdated
winetricks).

Marking this as INVALID. Winebottler is not supported and winetricks dotnet
verbs have changed significantly.
