setupapi make failed

On lastest mingw with 'mingw developer toolkit'(gcc 5.3.0), with below command:

(in msys console)

git clone git://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git wine-git
cd wine-git
./configure --without-x --without-freetype
make

The make failed when build setupapi, error log attached.

This seems like a bug in mingw; it shouldn't pollute the namespace like that.

This was inadvertently caught up in my unclosed bugs filter. NOTOURBUG should
only be closed when fixed upstream.

Setting back to RESOLVED NOTOURBUG.
