You could try to disable d3d11.dll in winecfg. See https://www.winehq.org/docs/wineusr-guide/config-wine-main

--- Comment #9 from Matteo Bruni matteo.mystral@gmail.com --- I don't know Swedish but you certainly didn't select "disabled" there in winecfg. Press the "Redigera" button in that screen and select the last option at the bottom, then press the OK button and that should do it.
If you still have issues with disabling the DLL please seek help in the forum as suggested.

--- Comment #10 from winetest@luukku.com --- Is it even possible to test this bug anymore? I installed battle.net and wow and the version is 7.1. I think this version has a nickname of legion.
I had 2 winecfg overrides in use for bugs bug 41725 and bug 42001.
Also winetricks -q corefonts installed to prevent battle.net libcef bug that's bug 40432.
I had those overrides because I tested SC2 bugs.
Other than that no tricks were used. I was able to enter in game with no issues.
So I think you need to upgrade your wine.
I used wine 2.0rc1-git.
