Hmm, maybe with these patches instead? These are additional fixes which were useful for some other games. Note that I've not been able to find where Little Witch Nobeta plays videos.
Also, could you also use WINEDEBUG=+pid,+timestamp,+loaddll,+seh,+dmo,+mfplat,+quartz,+wmvcore as debug channels when testing multimedia playback? It'll be very verbose but more useful to debug problems in media foundation pipelines and elsewhere.

With less debug channel. video is action weird, sometimes able to run. sometimes not. With enter and leave multiple times will work.

You have to finish the boss at least, the menu will unlock after certain progress. Or maybe I can give you the save file ?
