Hi,
I was using wordweb 5 on Ubuntu 8.04 and it was working fine. Since I got updated to wine 1.1 it stopped working. While trying to do installation I got the below errors:
wine wordweb5.exe fixme:advapi:RegisterEventSourceW ((null),L"Print"): stub fixme:winsock:convert_af_w2u unhandled Windows address family 26 fixme:winsock:convert_af_w2u unhandled Windows address family 26 fixme:winsock:convert_af_w2u unhandled Windows address family 26 fixme:ds:DsRoleGetPrimaryDomainInformation ((nil), 1, 0x32f030) stub fixme:advapi:LsaOpenPolicy ((null),0x32efd8,0x00000001,0x32eff4) stub fixme:advapi:LsaClose (0xcafe) stub fixme:profile:CloseProfileUserMapping (), stub! fixme:advapi:ObjectOpenAuditAlarmW stub (L"Spooler",0x540160,L"Server",L"\\administrator-l",0x131ba8,0xac,0x00000001,0x00000001,(nil),0,1,0x75bfb4fc) fixme:advapi:ObjectCloseAuditAlarmW stub (L"Spooler",0x540160,0) err:winspool:add_printer_driver Failed adding driver "wineps.drv" ("Windows NT x86"): 1805 fixme:winspool:AddPrinterW Can't create printer L"PDF" err:winspool:CUPS_LoadPrinters printer 'PDF' not added by AddPrinterA (error 1801) err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {a9e69610-b80d-11d0-b9b9-00a0c922e750} not registered err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {a9e69610-b80d-11d0-b9b9-00a0c922e750} not registered err:ole:create_server class {a9e69610-b80d-11d0-b9b9-00a0c922e750} not registered fixme:ole:CoGetClassObject CLSCTX_REMOTE_SERVER not supported err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {a9e69610-b80d-11d0-b9b9-00a0c922e750} could be created for context 0x17
I hadn't been able to gather the other error which I was getting while running previously installed wordweb, as I uninstall it in attempt to make it work and can't install it now.

--- Comment #3 from James Hawkins truiken@gmail.com 2008-07-11 23:18:19 --- Does the free version of wordweb exhibit the same problem? If so, someone else can run the test.

--- Comment #5 from Lei Zhang thestig@google.com 2008-07-16 15:19:52 --- wordweb5.exe is the installer right? not the actual application?
Have you tried with a clean ~/.wine directory?

--- Comment #6 from Ashish Yadav ashishyadav26@gmail.com 2008-07-19 02:07:27 --- My setup of Ubuntu 8.04 has crashed and I had to reinstall the OS from scratch. I tried installing wine 1.0 and then installing wordweb (free edition) and then upgrading to wine 1.1.1, though now I am not able to re-produce the bug. Maybe ".wine" directory was indeed the problem.
