Hi,

I was using wordweb 5 on Ubuntu 8.04 and it was working fine. Since I got
updated to wine 1.1 it stopped working. While trying to do installation I got
the below errors:

I hadn't been able to gather the other error which I was getting while running
previously installed wordweb, as I uninstall it in attempt to make it work and
can't install it now.

Does the free version of wordweb exhibit the same problem?  If so, someone else
can run the test.

wordweb5.exe is the installer right? not the actual application?

Have you tried with a clean ~/.wine directory?

My setup of Ubuntu 8.04 has crashed and I had to reinstall the OS from scratch.
I tried installing wine 1.0 and then installing wordweb (free edition) and then
upgrading to wine 1.1.1, though now I am not able to re-produce the bug. Maybe
".wine" directory was indeed the problem.
