Trying to remove a previous install of ICS Viewer 6.0 (PureEdge Viewer), and I
get this error:

An error occured while checking for running applications. (0x8002000b)

Is this still an issue in current (1.1.22 or newer) wine?

This should also be revised to fixed. I tested uninstallation after installing
the ICS Viewer from http://www.grants.gov/PEViewer/ICSViewer602_grants.exe and
found that the installer succeeded with today's Git.
