In wine configuration most of the text is still in english and not in italian.
is it possible to have these things translated? i offer my help for the

Sure. Winecfg resources contain Italian .rc file already. All you have to do is
to make it completely translated.

last question: how can i upload the translated files? i tried to follow the git
guide but i can't understand how to do that

Like Nikolay said, please use wine-devel for these questions, bugzilla's not

Italian is mostly translated now:
