--- Comment #3 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2011-07-28 10:02:44 CDT --- Is it Grafoplast Simplo 2000, as described in the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWeVPZug6zg ? Seems to only come bundled with a special printer, can't find a demo anywhere.

The site is in brazilian portuguese. The company makes several different softwares, the link below is from one of their programs and it crash on wine. Tested some of them and all have the same backtrace so I guess they use the same engine and any of them can be used to trigger the bug.

Looks like it's mshtml, setting component.
Does 'winetricks ie7' (or 'winetricks ie6') help? Careful, you can't undo those without blowing away the wineprefix.

Downloading ie6 and ie7 to test...

--- Comment #9 from Bruno Jesus 00cpxxx@gmail.com 2011-08-16 22:34:15 CDT --- Cannot install IE6, it complains saying there's a newer version of IE installed (clean wine prefix). Is there any workaround?
IE7 installed results in the same crash.

--- Comment #10 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2011-08-16 22:55:32 CDT --- Did you try 'winetricks ie6'? It handles that problem. If you don't want to run winetricks, at least read it to see how it installs ie6.

Sorry for last comment, bad key combination.
Tested using IE6 and it run the demonstrativo_7.exe correctly which unpacked several other .exe files: Alarme.exe, Airbag.exe, Imobilizador.exe and Resets.exe and a folder with a .mdb database.
Running any of them lead to the same crash. They run correctly on 98 and XP.

--- Comment #13 from Bruno Jesus 00cpxxx@gmail.com 2011-09-01 21:56:34 CDT --- Found a way to run the main application and its sub applications:
winetricks jet40 mdac287 ie6
No more crashes after this. Tested in 1.3.27.

--- Comment #14 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2011-09-01 22:13:05 CDT --- Yeah, http://wiki.winehq.org/LookupUuidTable suggests installing mdac28 when one sees 00000514-0000-0010-8000-00aa006d2ea4 in error messages. One of these days perhaps Wine should make that suggestion itself.
(for the record, I guess you meant 'mdac28' or 'mdac27', there is no 'mdac287'.)

--- Comment #16 from Bruno Jesus 00cpxxx@gmail.com 2011-10-09 14:22:40 CDT --- Created attachment 36791 --> http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=36791 crash
The program requires winetricks jet40 mdac28. Then it starts and decompress every file needed (wine-1.3.29-279-g9559fed).
The first installer crash reported in attachment 35975 was FIXED.
The program still crashes with the log attached (m7.bat is an .exe despite of the extension).
If this bug is going to be closed it should be renamed as "Program SIMPLO installer crashes". And possibly another bug should be opened to take care of the main app crash.
