The same failure to install MSI 4.5 occurs with the latest installer for Nero
DiscSpeed:

http://ftp6.nero.com/tools/DiscSpeed.zip

Changing the reported Windows version to Vista/7 avoids the failed attempt to
install MSI 4.5, but the installer still doesn't appear to do anything useful.
