Backtrace for RainMeter 4.5.17 + VClouds Weather 2 skin

When RainMeter is configured to use the VClouds Weather 2 skin
(https://www.deviantart.com/vclouds/art/VClouds-Weather-2-179058977), it
crashes at launch.
No problem without the skin.
